im not sure if many people know this but if you do that entire routine 3 times every morning youre going to fucking die

especially if you want to GET FIT i would do this routine maybe once every other morning and im already trained for ultimate frisbee and dance

if you are inactive and you want to get fit, id suggest you try this routine every other day except take each number of things and divide it by three. every 2 weeks, add another third until you have the full routine! you wanna make it a gradual challenge, not a 30 day body buster that will make you unbelievably tired every day.
